ANXIETY & STRESS

Here are some herbs that we use:

TAWA TAWA TEA​

Directions:

  1. Boil your 50 grams of tawa tawa leaves in a 4 cups of water for 3 minutes.

  2. After boiling drink 5 cups a day.

GUYABANO LEAVES TEA​

Directions:

  1. Boil a water then add your dried guyabano leaves.

  2. Adjust the flame and cover the pot and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

  3. You can drink the tea for about three times in an eight hour period.

PANDAN TEA​

​

Directions:

  1. Boil a 3 cups of water.

  2. When the water boils, add your PANDAN LEAVES.

  3. Adjust the flame and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. After boiling, pour it to a cup.

  5. Add some sugar and your tea is ready to drink.

  6. Drink 3 cups of PANDAN TEA a day.
