Here are some herbs that we use:
TAWA TAWA TEA​

Directions:

Boil your 50 grams of tawa tawa leaves in a 4 cups of water for 3 minutes.

After boiling drink 5 cups a day.
GUYABANO LEAVES TEA​

Directions:

Boil a water then add your dried guyabano leaves.
-
Adjust the flame and cover the pot and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
-
You can drink the tea for about three times in an eight hour period.
PANDAN TEA​
​
Directions:
-
Boil a 3 cups of water.
-
When the water boils, add your PANDAN LEAVES.
-
Adjust the flame and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
-
After boiling, pour it to a cup.
-
Add some sugar and your tea is ready to drink.
-
Drink 3 cups of PANDAN TEA a day.
