COLDS

Here are some herbs that we use:

LEMON GRASS TEA

Directions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil over high heat in a medium saucepan.

  2. Add the LEMONGRASS and boil rapidly for 5 minutes.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the TEA for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Strain the stalks from the liquid. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.

  5. Serve warm, or chill in the refrigerator and pour over ice.

PANSIT PANSITAN TEA (COMMON COLDS)​

Directions:

  1. Wash freshly gathered PANSIT PANSITAN plant parts.

  2. Chop then ass in 4 cups of water for every 1 cup.

  3. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes with the pot cover removed.

  4. Let it steep then strain.

  5. Drink half cup of PANSIT PANSITAN TEA three times a day.

  6. Pansit pansitan tea concoction can be stored in suitable glass consumption.
