Here are some herbs that we use:

GUAVA LEAVES TEA

Directions:

  1. Boil the water in a sauce pan.

  2. When it boils, add the shredder GUYABANO LEAVE then lower down the heat.

  3. Turn off the stove. Let it cool until it gets ready for drinking.

  • Make a guyabano tea that is enough for a day. ​

  • Drink the tea three times a day, 30 minutes before every meal.

LEMON GRASS TEA

Directions:

  1. Get your kettle, put water and get it boiling.

  2. While boiling, cut off three of your young stalks of LEMON GRASS.

  3. Clean the stalks with cold water, cut them into manageable lengths then place them in a glass bowl.

  4. When the water boils, add it to the lemon grass.

  5. Cover and let steep for at least 5 minutes.

  6. Finally, pour some into your cup.
